Liked: Troy was very helpful in the evening when we got there.
Disliked: The bed was a little stiff but overall it was a good stay.

Poor

Liked: Location and staff
Disliked: It is very old and far away from Raddison chain quality. Room was like motel. AC did not work well also. Plus they block 100% of room value as deposit.

Liked: Nothing staff lied to us multiple times and werent willing to refund our money even when we left 45 min after getting our keys because room was a mess bed wasnt made etc.
Disliked: Its a decent hotel but the room was disgusting which matched the employees service

Liked: The location was close to the airport.
Disliked: This was listed as a 3.5 star hotel and unfortunately it did not live up to the stars. One of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed at!

Very good

Liked: Did not have housekeeping for the entire day, even when it asked to make sure my room was cleaned we still did not have housekeeper clean it.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and nice to deal with.
Disliked: Hotel did not answer the phone when I called for 24hr airport shuttle. I tried several times and was directed to voicemail box that was full. I had to pay for an Uber. Also, no key cards for room. Staff had to let me in. Room was old and had a bad odor.

Liked: Close to airport
Disliked: The clerk who checked us in was very confused because we had 2 rooms. He kept asking for our ids repeatedly and for our credit card several times. It took almost a half hour to check in. The airport van was too small.
