Radisson Hotel Providence Airport, Warwick

Liked: Very clean; staff all very nice.
Disliked: Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable; bathroom very small; breakfast was okay but was expecting something better considering it is run by Johnson and Wales.

Worst hotel stay ever....do not...

Liked: NO restaurant.....NO breakfast
Disliked: Place is totally torn apart....walk to reception desk and my room was extremely long.Bathroom is no larger than a closetFire alarm testing without warning or notification Bath towels are 1/2 the size of normal towels. Bed pillows are small than the pillows on my sofa at homeI asked for a blanket for my bed, I had to get it from the front desk, no housekeeping available around 5 pm in the day.Asked for sheets to be changed....they were not!!Terrible experience from a hotel that used to be exceptional

Liked: The room was so nice!
Disliked: I was surprised about the room floor not being carpet. So it was a little cold in the middle of the night if you had to go to the bathroom.

Disliked: The woman at front desk in the evening had absolutely zilch people skills. She seemed ready for a fight. There was no front light street side of the hotel, and we passed by the hotel several times before we found our way to the temporary entrance, walking through a construction zone to reach the front desk.. The whole hotel is under construction, and the cleanliness of the place is quite questionable. It was like staying in a war-torn property with uneven floors, and a dreadful view of some industrial area outside our window. The bathroom had been renovated but no one bothered to change the almond outlet covers and the rusty screws that were likely originally installed in the seventies. We paid too much for the room and if possible, would like our money back.
