Great airport hotel , stay...

Liked: The Square footage of the room was large and the layout was exceptional. The bedroom area was tucked around a corner so you have a separate living space. Updated and beautiful. Clean , comfortable and very quiet.
Disliked: A tad pricey for my budget but the quality does deliver.

Exceptional

Liked: The location, staff, room and restaurant were great. Their shuttle was on time and great.
Disliked: The price booking quotes was $40.00 less than the hotel charges me. I won’t be using booking.com again.

Liked: Quiet, awesome room, super comfortable bed and pillows, professional yet fun staff - especially the night crew who checked us in after 1 am!
Disliked: The paid breakfast buffet was really lacking and not consistent with the cost. Needed better attention paid to food and dish restocking, and self-serve juice and coffee (with more creamer options for coffee beyond the half-and-half that was automatically served with it when I had to order coffee from the waitstaff).

Disliked: Nothing. One expects it to be close to the airport so that factors in.

Hotel was alright but the...

Disliked: The lakeside grill was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Inept servers that lacked trading and manners. It took almost 2 hours to get served. The only reason we didn’t walk out was because we were too tired to go elsewhere. We will never go back.

Disliked: 1. The parking cost extra - and I was charge more than I should have. 2. I found 2 large Sheetrock screws on the floor of my bedroom - that would have really hurt had I stepped on them.3. The lame breakfast is extra, it wasn’t even completely ready by breakfast time 7-8 am
