Disappointing
Liked: Location
Disliked: 1. The parking cost extra - and I was charge more than I should have. 2. I found 2 large Sheetrock screws on the floor of my bedroom - that would have really hurt had I stepped on them.3. The lame breakfast is extra, it wasn’t even completely ready by breakfast time 7-8 am

Very nice, would stay again
Liked: Bed was comfortable and room spacious with lovely view of pond
Disliked: Coffee machine broke in lobby, carpets seemed dirty in hallway, and parking machine outside was touchy

The Raddison was a perfect...
Liked: Bed was super comfortable! The shuttle to and from the airport was on time and ran often. The staff was very friendly. I liked the decor of the lobby.

Overall, it was a good...
Liked: Close and convenient to our spots we wanted to visit, not a lot of noise or street traffic.
Disliked: The AC unit in the room was loud and the shower water pressure was low. Need to consider upgrading to better fixtures.

Liked: The room was great. I like the contemporary decor and layout. It had everything I needed
Disliked: I didn't like my experience at the restaurant. I ordered a salad with chicken. It took 30-40 minute to receive it. I was told the chicken breast just came off the grill. It was stone cold. If it just came off the grill, they must have put it in the frig. The chicken was tough so another sign it was not just cooked. The waitress informed me that the manager took 10% off my bill. I was insulted. The meal should have been free. The waitress took 50% off the bill - as she stated it was done on her own accord.On another issue, the front desk told me to pay for the parking when I leave and it should only be $4-$6. I was charged $14.
