Liked: late check in was handled very easy and the room was very comfortable
Disliked: coming from the west we took the first airport exit and had to travel some distance thru back roads.

Liked: Like the location, clean room, comfortable
Disliked: The tv in our room wasn’t working when we got there, called front desk told what buttons to use on remote, didn’t work told to come get batteries for the remote, still didn’t work. Went to the casino & dinner. Came back tv still not working, asked for someone to check it out. No one came until the next morning when we were getting ready to leave. When we checked out asked if we’d get any reimbursement as we had no use of the tv at all. Her response was someone should have offered a different room. That didn’t happen!We stay here frequently! This was unacceptable!
