Disliked: I called the front desk at 5:30 because we had several Bugs appear in the shower which was unacceptable for me for the amount of money that I paid for this room. The lady took my number and said she would call me back because she was finishing up with a customer and I NEVER heard back from her. Our door to the balcony is jammed as well. I am very disappointed and could not rest well because of the bug situation. It is my Birthday and I came here for rest and relaxation that I didn't receive because your staff was not attentive to my needs. We traveled from Texas and flew in thru the airport here and could not even check in early because they claim they were cleaning our room but obviously they didn't do a great job. I have pictures as well.

Disliked: It could have used a little cleaning. The room was nice but we did have to ask for a broom to sweep the floors. I also had to wipe everything down with Clorox wipes.
