Very good

Liked: It was quiet, comfy room was perfect for a quick rest after driving 13 hours. Easy to check in and check out.

Rude staff and no one...

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: No front desk personnel and RUDE man named VJ insulting me. I waited 20 minutes for someone to work the front desk to check us in. Three different times I was told THE person who can check people in was helping a guest and then VJ said she could be having "any number of feminine problems" preventing her work. Completely absurd.

Room was nice and clean....

Disliked: Front desk staff was rude, charged me $180 for deposit instead of $150 and dismissed me without trying to resolve the issue. Also, room did not have a hair dryer and this created a problem. Didn’t have time to wait on housekeeping to bring one.
