Forced to spend an extra...

Liked: Staff were absolutely superb, very friendly and hrlpful
Disliked: The fact everything is closed due to the virus was not the fault of the hotel but it did spoil it

Ok, it served our purpose....

Liked: 24 hour shuttle when we arrived at 1:30 AM. The late night staff was significantly nicer and more accomadating than the daytime staff which was basically indifferent, also to the point of rude. We ate breakfast at hotel that I thought that was included (ridiculously priced) and mine was served cold because one poor girl was cooking and serving. There were other staff around but no one else was very helpful, I did ask about the breakfast voucher because the gentleman who checked us in said that it was included and available in the morning, When we were essentially forced to sit and order, if we needed food , we did. I went to the front desk to ask about the voucher, and she was rude and told me that i had to pay because I hadn't booked directly. The breakfast for two people was around $50, and not worth half of that. Perhaps the breakfast that was supposed to be included was a continental breakfast, which was NO where to be found.
Disliked: Included it above. The morning staff was not nice or friendly. I also asked for a bill when I checked out because I always do, even if here are no charges. In this case, breakfast was charged. The front desk person told me that she could not provide a check out bill to me because I did not book directly with them. I have traveled extensively and had never been refused a final bill at check out. Now that I think about it more, I probably graded the place too high. We will not stay there again.
