Disliked: Absolutely disappointed when I got to the hotel and found out they canceled my booking. Me and my daughter was there for a dance convention so it was almost 11 at night when we were done with dance because of that I guess they canceled my roomand I had to down grade. No phone call or email that my room was being canceled.

No shuttle service from airport

Liked: The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: There is NO shuttle from the airport. It only runs in one direction. I messaged the hotel before getting on a 10 hour flight to ask how to find the shuttle at the airport and never received a response from them. In the end we had to take an Uber from the airport. Since I specifically booked this hotel because of the shuttle, this was disappointing. The breakfast is really bad.

Never book again !!!

Liked: When we got there we were told our reservations were canceled. The hotel was completely booked up for the night and we were stranded in a city we weren’t familiar with. The clerk was no help in helping us find a room at all she turned around and walked away. Nothing good about this hotel !!!!
