Disappointed!

Liked: Requested an early check-in. I was asked to pay although the room was ready according to them! There was construction in the property. Finding the room was like solving a maze! One of the FrontDesk attendants was indifferent to the guests and borderline rude.
Disliked: Poor guest service at the front desk.

My stay at this Radisson...

Liked: Generally the room I had was new, clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff around the building were cheerful and very helpful. They helped me find my was several times. Front desk did not exist and hotel in a state of construction that was not just inconvenient but dangerous. My room was in a new almost empty area which was badly lit . Had I had an accident or security incident it could have been very serious. I am a senior, single woman. I felt very vulnerable. The sign in people were neither apologetic nor helpful. The signs directing to the rooms did not include my room. After wandering the empty halls for ten minutes, I found a guest who helped me find my room but he also found the signage incomplete and unhelpful. The plumbing was not completely hooked up and neither a bath or shower was possible . It was like a scene from a horror movie. There was a warning after I booked but it did not say" dangerous and frightening."
Disliked: The help at the front desk to give directions to me room. I just got" the elevator is there." The lighting in the halls to be adequate, , the signage accurate.The rooms with guests should have been together so guests did not have to walk long, unlit, deserted halls. Construction areas should have been closed with more than a curtain in places. It was not just uncomfortable but I think dangerous. I have enjoyed Radisson hotels with my family for years.I did not even mention the conditions to my sons as I fear they would make serious complaints that might hurt innocent employees. This site would not pass safety inspections. As a peeve after all the genuine complaints.. shouldn't one be able to expect better than a paper cup with a $25 breakfast?
