Liked: How close it was to the airport
Disliked: The floors were very dirty in the room. The receptionist told me they ordered us a shuttle to the airport but they didn’tThe elevator didn’t work in the morning of July 22 … so we had to haul our luggage and baby stroller down the stairs at 545 am

Disliked: Beddings were not ready or delivered on time, towels were missing after the room service.

Very good

Liked: I would recommend this to anyone who wants a clean, dog-friendly place to stay near the airport with free airport shuttle service, this is definitely the place to book!

Liked: The breakfast that we paid for included in the booking fees was very good! Good choices
Disliked: It was under renovations, the staff weren’t helpful when trying to make change to pay for the pool tables $2.00 a game! The front desk didn’t have loonies for us to play pool so we where asking other guess to make change for us!The blue was I bit dirty, they didn’t allow you to have fun in the pool by making a noise they would tellYou to be quite, it kept closing to allow the staff to have their breaks or put chemicals in it in the middle of the day! It was cold where the pool was when getting out and they shut the game room, gym and pool down at 10pm

Basic Airport Hotel

Liked: Cheapest option available for last minute hotel booking when flight cancelled due to Thunderstorm. Rooms & bathrooms recently refurbished by looks of it - rest of property looks in need of modernisation.
Disliked: Hotel advertised free airport shuttle. Called & emailed them several times from the Airport to try and get picked up. But no response from hotel. Eventually paid $35 for a taxi. Wh we n asked about why no shuttle at reception on arrival was told phones are down so unable to send Shuttle - no apology or anything.
