Disliked: Hallway smelled like wet dog. The toilet in my room barely flushed. Shower pressure was horrible

The facility has potential, but...

Liked: The staff were very nice and compensated us for the air conditioning not working for two days.
Disliked: The pool area was cold, cushions were missing in the lobby, there were multiple holes in the drywall of the room, the air conditioner did not work, and the hotel restaurant was closed.

Disliked: Major major issues while at my stay - the dismissive and incredibly inexcusable response of the staff (which I have in recording) plus the lack of care, kindness, solution or additional help in the matter was massively disappointing and tainted the entire stay. This was 100% fixable and handled with such poor service. I handle high yield contract sales - I know the highs and lows and service and satisfaction. This was 100% a 0/10 trip and I will 100% never return. Especially to this location.
