Liked: This location makes it easy to walk or bike to most places in Lansing! Rooms were clean and well equipped. Felt really nice to come back to after a long day of adventuring.

Liked: I was bummed that the pool was closed but other than that everything was perfect.

Nice place downtown, just need...

Liked: older but nice. Was clean.
Disliked: Elevators were very very slow or not running at all. We were on 4th floor so by the time the 1 elevator stopped if it did, it was already full. Had to haul all our stuff down 4 flights of stairs. Just to get told the catwalk to parking was on 3rd floor. Hauled all bags up 3 flights of stairs because elevator was taking over 10 min and we didn’t have time. Get to 3rd floor to find out it was on the second floor, so hauled all our stuff back down a floor. Plus a crazy guy decided to bust out hotel windows and run into the market knocking down and throwing stuff. We were right in the middle of it all. My husband and son were right there in the market when he came barging in. Was a scary moment for I was still in the restaurant and didn’t know what was going on. They ended up giving statements to the police. Have to say though, cops were there immediately. Just very very scary. My nerves were shot
