Really disappointing and we still...
Liked: It was near the airport
Disliked: It was being updated but wasn’t told upfrontStates a 24 hr shuttle but was told we couldn’t use itCharged for 2 rooms and we only booked 1

Radisson are a utter disgrace!...
Liked: Staff were helpful
Disliked: Radisson have taken 2 unauthorised payments of $150 and $65.79 from my debit card and have failed to reimburse them to my card despite several phone calls. This means e have paid almost double the cost of the room for one night. The staff at the hotel have tried to assist but basically they are unable to do anything apparently because of Radissons reimbursement policy and/or their accounts department.Note also the hotel is undergoing refurbishment so is basically a building site.

Stay only if you have...
Liked: There was nothing good about this place except it was close to the airport
Disliked: Staff were virtually none verbal when checking in and out like it was a chore to help.The entrance stunk like weed was being smoked directly in the lobby or very close by.It was under renovations were not aware of this when we bookies.Fire alarms went off at 2:30am after we had 2 hrs sleep after checking in and then announcements were for the next 30mins through the room speakers.Bed was uncomfortable We had a late checkout at 1pm instead of 12 and from 10am onwards we had staff knocking on our door, asking when we were checking out. I could not understand this as even if we didn’t have a late checkout, 12 was the checkout time. We give up in the end and went the airport earlier than we wanted to as we couldn’t get any sleep with staff even trying to open the door and get into our roomThe lobby area was dirty, the restaurant was a mess and untidy looking.Staff used this area as their own personal meeting areaWe did not feel safe here at all when checking in

Disappointing
Disliked: I could not get in because the hotel would not accept cash payment and I did not have a card to pay with. i had to seek alternative accommodation and now i have been charged over $284. Without being allowed to stay in the hotel!I will be demanding a refund I also did not like the look of the reception area, expected more
