No hot water before check...

Liked: The property isn’t bad
Disliked: The fact that I do t have any hot water before check out and they didn’t do nothing about I would like a refund because we had to take a cold shower and all we had to as an apology

Very good

Liked: They help us when my brother had a problem with the shower. Also they gave us a transfer bench so it made it easier for me to take shower. Everyone was very nice and went out of their way to help us. I just loved their weekend buffets, food is delicious!
Disliked: I can't think of anything! Except on one stay our view from the windows was not pretty.

They should call it the...

Liked: Nothing positive
Disliked: The place is falling apart. Every fixture and piece of furniture looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. The room phone didn’t work. The TVs image quality took me back to the 1990s. No food anywhere, not even a vending machine. The lobby cafe was closed at 9:30 am. Unreal they are charging $300+ a night.
