Would not choose to stay...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: First of all, the entrance/lobby was like a dark casino entrance. We could barely see anything. There was not a single person around and it was very dark. The rooms were extremely old, and had mold in the washroom ceilings. There were people smoking pot and cigarettes outside.

The place is old and...

Liked: The room was odd. It was totally fine for just a room. The bathroom was really confusing, there was a vent that connected to the bathroom over and the woman in the other room was just screaming at someone seemingly all day. There wasn't a single time I went into the bathroom and could not hear this woman cursing someone out. The Bathroom door also did not close, I had to put clothes in front of the door to get it to shut. The window of my unit opened onto a patio that was for the pool I guess but it was covered in weeds and the chairs there seem to have seen much better days. The entire hotel felt like it had seen better days. The staff on duty was fantastic though. Oh the TV was the worst I've ever seen. It looks like it's going to be a modern TV but the picture quality was completely messed up, the sound was a nightmare on some channels. The bed was fine the pillows were some of the best I've had at a hotel, like they were actually firm and not just sacks with the idea of like down feathers. Oh and the Wifi was terrible.
Disliked: Hearing someone curse someone out as you shower and run through your morning routine was not something I loved. The window essentially looking onto an ugly public space was kinda gross. The breakfast was never out when I woke up so I didn't have a chance to test that. The WiFi was terrible, just didn't work for the most part I still with my 5g. The entire hotel felt like it was updated in like 2008 and not touched since. Oh and the door to the bathroom just did not close which is a problem.

The rooms and the hallway...

Liked: The room was clean and generally decent, but there were several aspects of my stay that fell short of expectations. The lobby was dimly lit and felt gloomy and unwelcoming. When I asked about the lack of lighting, the front desk staff informed me that a few of the lights were broken. It seemed a bit odd and it felt like “ghosted Hotel California”Additionally, the hotel’s welcome message mentioned that guests would receive a welcome gift. However, when I inquired about it, I was told that it is only offered to “special guests,” which was both confusing and disappointing.Unfortunately, the front desk staff member I interacted with was unprofessional, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. She did not represent the Radisson brand well and gave the impression that she was unhappy to be there.The hotel itself is spacious and has a lot of potential, but it appears to be poorly managed. My intention is not to leave a negative review, but to provide constructive feedback in the hope that improvements can be made. With the right leadership and attention to detail, this property could truly thrive. As it stands now, it feels like it’s struggling, possibly even on the brink of financial trouble. I hope to see it revitalized in the future.

Liked: Room service, although they didn't provide water bottles again to our room but provided daily to our other room.Size of room. Toiletries. Toilet set up & Cleanliness.Parking. Lobby.
Disliked: Old & expired floor carpets at every where. Replace that with Wood/Vinyl/Ceramic tiles. Damaged wall paper at corridor. Fix Plastic board there.Double bed width. It should be at least Queen or King.Bad smell in the room & every where due to smoking/old carpets.No lights on the bedroom walls or at the ceiling. Only one at entrance. Table/stand lamps are not sufficient.
