Not very pleasant

Disliked: Room Temperature was unmanageable. Staff promised to keep me posted as to the resolution and never did. I had to make multiple calls and follow ups as my time permitted after always being promised someone from engineering or front staff would get in touch with me. First night was extremely uncomfortable. Also had multiple issues with the door locks and keys which they could never seem to get right.

Liked: The room and property was clean
Disliked: The hotel had a musty barnyard smell. Everything in the hotel was either closed or not working (fountain in lobby, snack bar, restaurant, pool). The curtains in my room had broken hooks on the sheers. The pillows in my room were weird, small, almost square pillows that felt like they were stuffed with straw. The shower did not work because the knob on the tub faucet was literally corroded over - so this was not a new or short term issue. And when i complained in the morning, they said "too bad - you should have called maintenance and we would have moved you to another room - although I didn't know about the shower until 30 minutes before I had to leave. Wildly overpriced for such a substandard experience. Ecolodge would have been a better experience.
