I’m not pleased about the...

Liked: The building and the rooms were nice and a great location
Disliked: Both elevators were getting stuck or wouldn’t work. Had to go up 4 flights of stairs. Gave my mom a room on the 2nd floor and she partly paralyzed. He did find her another room since she couldn’t walk up steps. Kids running and loud throughout the building. Breakfast food cold. My receipt said one price but my card was charged something different.

Liked: The staff was very welcoming and great and the breakfast meal very good
Disliked: The comforter was either stained or dirty, I didn’t want to touch it. The carpets were worn and only one elevator worked
