Disliked: First impression is great!! Then we get to the room and maintenance is working on the air conditioning. Get another room. Go to use the bathroom can't get the door open. Air conditioning was not working in hallways or elevator. It was very hot during our stay. The sheets are very worn out. The Kleenex box was empty and still in holder and they didn't leave another roll in the bathroom. The front desk employees we dealt with were very nice..

Liked: Good location and the hotel itself was very nice.
Disliked: The first night of a weekend stay, no face towels were available all night. Of 2 elevators only one working with a hotel full of guests. This was both nights had to walk down four flights of stairs and I am 69 years old. I had a relative who cannot walk down at all.
