Disliked: It seems that some guest that uses the pool do not follow the rules, despite its written in the rules do not dive a lot of people does. No personnel was around to check any safety behavior. The hotel doesn't include breakfast, and it's quite pricy while it's quite average.

Rules that did not make...

Liked: Centrally located
Disliked: Mattress was not comfortable, I related to the front desk that by error, we had booked a room for a guest with disability and that we did not need a room for such. The front desk host said he could not switch the room since it was booked online. This seemed unfair because if someone needed a room equipped for a guest with a disability, then it would have made this room unavailable for that guest. If this is company policy and front desk host had no say I it then, hopefully this mssg will have the rule coordinator reconsider and make needed adjustments.

Disliked: I was in a accesible room and it was so far away from the elevators.

Disappointing

Disliked: Front desk manager was very dismissive. We were made to wait 45 minutes after check in time to check in. Another room was ready 30 minutes before that and still he did nothing to get us checked in
