Disliked: Rooms very small; elevators ridiculously slow. Hotel needs major renovation.

This was my first experience using this service and visiting this city. I will consider other sites for future travel.

Disliked: I was disappointed in the rooms. When I looked for hotels in the area, the information for the Radisson stated that they now offered Sleep Number beds. The beds did not work. The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The Sleep Number bed was the main draw for my selecting the Radisson over other hotel offerings in the area. Also, the continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee. It was not what I expected at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub. Would definitely go there again.

It was sleep deprived and...

Disliked: The rotating dining room is on the top floor and we stayed on the 15th floor which is one floor below. That dining room when it’s rotating makes so much noise during its hours of operation (6:30 am to 11 pm) it was impossible to sleep. I complained to the front desk and they said they would get back to me which they never did.

Liked: We love the location and the pool and hot tub!
Disliked: We were sadly disappointed that the new restaurant atop the hotel was not even close to as good as the Apostle Supper Club. Average food and the new decor…..not as nostalgic. The service was great!

Tired hotel in need of...

Liked: Good location, staff were nice.
Disliked: Hotel is very tired now, and in desperate need of an extensive remodelling. The room cleanliness was also lacking, with visible dirt on the coffee machines. The staircase going up to the restaurant seemed to have some leaking plumbing above it, with a strong odour of urine and plenty of liquid on the floor, which I assumed was the source of the smell, but did not attempt to verify.I had stayed here 13 years ago, at which time it was a nice hotel - time has not been kind to this place.
