Disliked: Rooms very small; elevators ridiculously slow. Hotel needs major renovation.

This was my first experience using this service and visiting this city. I will consider other sites for future travel.

Disliked: I was disappointed in the rooms. When I looked for hotels in the area, the information for the Radisson stated that they now offered Sleep Number beds. The beds did not work. The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The Sleep Number bed was the main draw for my selecting the Radisson over other hotel offerings in the area. Also, the continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee. It was not what I expected at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub. Would definitely go there again.

Liked: Nice place, clean and nice walk to the DECC.

Convenient and easy to navigate

Liked: The location and easy parking. It was very easy to navigate.
Disliked: The room had hairs in the bathroom counter/|sink and old soap was left in the shower. The tv would glitch out randomly. Sometimes the elevator was a really long wait.

I was looking forward to...

Liked: The staff were somewhat friendly. When I checked in, my name under the reservation was my maiden name, and my ID had my married name. At first the receptionist said because I booked through a third party she needed something with my maiden name on it. Thankfully I still had a bank card that didn't have the name updated yet. I don't want to think about what would have happened if I didn't, as I paid ahead of time.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets made my skin dry and itchy. We had just come from 4 days at a resort, so the bed was an adjustment. The bathroom was super small. There was a power strip next to the bed that was covered in dust and grease. The tv kept going in and out regardless of which channel it was on. The elevator was very jerky. The hotel was overall very outdated, and paint was peeling. The parking lot/ garage made me uncomfortable. I travel a decent amount, but going out to my car by myself was very nerve wracking. It is dark, paint is peeling, there was trash everywhere in piles like someone had been living under there.

Disliked: It’s very outdated. Could use a lot of updating. Elevators are extremely slow, hot tub and pool area really need updating. Parking ramp is crumbling.

Liked: Close to everything in downtown Duluth.
Disliked: Rooms are outdated and not very clean. Kids were excited for the rotating restaurant, but it was broken.

Liked: Food was good staff was nice.
Disliked: Bathroom was dirty and small the people staying next to us were loud and there dog was barking all night. The elevators were crappy....definitely not worth 725.00 for 2 nights.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: Parking ramp is extremely dirty and smells very bad due to the birds. Bird droppings everywhere and extremely strong odor. Hotel over all is older but not up kept. Hallway walls and carpet very dirty. Elevators also very dirty and rough. Room overall was about the same. Not well taken care of and dirty.
