Radisson Hotel Duluth-Harborview

Disliked: Rooms very small; elevators ridiculously slow. Hotel needs major renovation.

This was my first experience using this service and visiting this city. I will consider other sites for future travel.

Disliked: I was disappointed in the rooms. When I looked for hotels in the area, the information for the Radisson stated that they now offered Sleep Number beds. The beds did not work. The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The Sleep Number bed was the main draw for my selecting the Radisson over other hotel offerings in the area. Also, the continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee. It was not what I expected at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub. Would definitely go there again.

Liked: Nice place, clean and nice walk to the DECC.

Liked: Ii was able to find a hotel last minute.
Disliked: No continental breakfast. Hair on the bathroom ceiling, dirty socks left from a previous guest in the corner. Smelled like a smoking room.

Liked: I liked the lobby area. It was neat.
Disliked: The parking situation was not good. There was only 2 elevators for 15 floors. The hot tub was out of order. There was only one very tiny garbage can in the room. No fans in the bathroom. Our lights in the room were flickering.

Disliked: The elevator didn’t work the upper level restaurant was filthy the parking garage was horrifying we paid extra for a harbor view room and could barely see the harbor and the shower went from hot to cold without touching the handle

Disliked: The elevator was broken and the hot tub had been down for weeks and they didn’t advertise

Liked: The view of the lake and the restaurant.
Disliked: None of the outlets worked they're so wore out the plug in falls out. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. The elevator was very slow and finicky. The lobby smelled like mildew. The hot tub was out of order. The place needs serious updating.
