Radisson Hotel Duluth-Harborview

Disliked: Rooms very small; elevators ridiculously slow. Hotel needs major renovation.

This was my first experience using this service and visiting this city. I will consider other sites for future travel.

Disliked: I was disappointed in the rooms. When I looked for hotels in the area, the information for the Radisson stated that they now offered Sleep Number beds. The beds did not work. The mattress was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The Sleep Number bed was the main draw for my selecting the Radisson over other hotel offerings in the area. Also, the continental breakfast consisted of weak coffee. It was not what I expected at all.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice pool, sauna and hot tub. Would definitely go there again.

Disliked: The restaurant only had one cook and one waitress so we could not eat there. Too long of a wait. Key would not work in elevator .

Liked: The only ok thing I can kind of say is the location was fine.
Disliked: It was very ran down. Mold in the grout of the shower. The credit card machine wasn’t working when we arrived so they made a copy of my card with the scanner that I was not a fan of. Hotel was not worth the amount we paid. Very disappointed!
