Disliked: Did not have the room I paid for (Double Queen). Then they moved us into a double with broken AC and it was a 100 degrees out. Ended up in a king room with a roll in twin bed to accommodate 4 adults. Not to mention right next to the elevator that made awful noise every time it went up and down.

Liked: The Raddison is a great location for the Salt palace and convention centre. It was very convenient and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They did try to help as much as possible. The room had a nice view and we had two beds, which was great as I was sharing with a friend. Do read my "didn't like" as I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Disliked: I wouldn't stay hear again. I asked for a quiet room and was given a room next to the lift! Also I was placed next to a very amorous couple. NOTE THE WALLS AEW VERY THIN! DO NOT TURN OFF AIRCON unless you want to hear the couple in the next room going for it!! The air con temp couldn't be controlled and it was freezing. There were little bits of hair everywhere - the one thing I cannot stand The bed and pillows looked so old and worn - they were both uneven. It wasn't very pleasant overall.
