Great location in Corning!

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and the onsite restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner.
Disliked: Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm so we were not able to check in until mid-way through dinner.

Most important was the rooms...

Liked: The location is great. The all the employees were wonderful. The desk person solved a couple of issues quickly. The bartender recall our drinks. I’m sorry I didn’t get there names. The waitress at breakfast, Susie,was especially pleasant & cheerful.
Disliked: The hotel in general looked very tired. It seemed the rooms have been recently renovated but the AC unit was so loud it was impossible to sleep. The shower unit tended to be a bit slippery. Not very safe for older folks. The lobby furniture was discussing. I really didn’t want to sit on the chairs. I noticed in the second building the ceiling was falling apart. Parking can be an issue if the hotel has a convention.

Very good

Liked: We have stayed in a king room. It was big and clean with sufficient amenities.
Disliked: The walls were thin. You can hear noises from other rooms.
