Convenient airport stay

Liked: Lobby area is nice and easy to check in. Super close to the airport and convenient. Great for a one night stay if you’re flying in and out of London. Quiet at night.
Disliked: Could use a bit of updating in certain areas that seemed a bit dated or not well repaired - particularly the bathroom/ shower.

Disliked: The building is so large that it takes a considerable amount of time to walk from the entrance to the room.

Disliked: I booked a twin room as we are just friends, we were given a double despite reiterating via booking.com messages for the 3rd time to be sure regarding a twinThe hotel was huge and hardly any staff for check in so we had to use computers to check in. Not good customer service.It was a hot day and the Aircon was fixed not to go below 21° so we sweltered all night, not a good sleep at all!I would not recommend this hotel.

Liked: Reasonably close to the airport. It was clean.
Disliked: It was quite dated. We had organised a takeaway breakfast as we had an early flight. When we went to collect it it hadn’t been ordered by the staff member we spoke to.
