Disliked: Paid around 1000 USD for 5 nights and service was horrible :1- went for the swimming pool and i cut my ankle deeply from sharp edge of the washroom and I was bleeding alot . There is no first aid kit which is a must for any emergency situation. The phone at the swimming pool does not work when I try to dial 0 .2- the left washroom on the swimming pool room the lock is broken and you can not use it .3-the toilet in my room was clogged due to weak toilet flush and I called for someone to bring a plunger and I had to use the washroom outside of my room . The reception called and said they do not have a plunger at the hotel and I had to change my room before I check out the next dayI won't stay in Radisson hotel in canada or anywhere in the world . One star hotel in USA would treat me well when I paid 1000 USD 

Nice rooms

Liked: Courtesy bus from airport. Nice foyer, attractive room, plenty of space. Good quiet air con. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: There was a small pool - especially good for those with child as it had slides. Jacuzzi ok. Disappointed sauna not working and no steam room. The only changing cubicle did not have a lock on the door so you had to change in your hotel room and come down and back in swim suit through the hotel

Liked: Very comfortable bedsVery friendly staff
Disliked: Dirty looking carpet, dust in the corners, stains as well as on furniture.Lots of finger prints on front door that was not wiped! Also, some water to drink in the hotel room should have been available .At 6am the fire alarm went off and all guests gathered outside the hotel , thank God there was no fire, but some explanation with some free coffee would have made some good customer device,

Just OK for the price

Disliked: While the location was somewhat close to the airport, the surrounding area was not pleasant at all. It felt like the hotel was in an industrial park. The air conditioner in the room did not work.

The most tiring two nights...

Liked: Clean rooms and comfortable.
Disliked: First, the restaurant was a disaster. After 700km we arrived to find the restaurant has only one server and one person in the kitchen. Nobody to greet at the door or tell you where to sit. After we picked a table and waited for around 15 minutes, I contacted the reception to to try and get someone in the restaurant to help us. They could not reach them as well. When the server did show up, we were told to go sit at another table as the one we are at is only for breakfast. Around midnight the fire alarm went off, and the following morning at 6 again. Each time had us scrambling for the lobby with all the other guests. I stayed at this hotel before and returned this time, however, the restaurant sealed the deal for not going back again.
