Liked: More updated inside than the outside of the building looks. Breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the pool in a greenhouse and outside hot tub under a gazebo. Front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Beyond my expectations

Liked: The lady at front desk was exceptional. The room was perfect. The facility was very clean. The breakfast was the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had and I travel a lot . This was the best. The shuttle was there first thing in the morning. All of the staff gave exceptional customer service. This will be my go to hotel in Colorado Springs from now on.

Liked: The room itself was clean. The bathroom was very small, and it was very difficult to adjust the showerhead so it didn't flood the bathroom. The water pressure was also very light. We have stayed in better rooms at this hotel. The staff is always pleasant and the breakfast options are always plentiful. This is our go-to hotel when we come to the WWII museum.
