Radisson Hotel Cedar Rapids

Liked: Hotel was great though.
Disliked: Shuttle takes you to the show but doesn't pick you up - that sucked. Took an hour and a half standing on the street to get a cab.

Liked: We stay here alot, pretty much all birthdays!The front desk lady is great!!
Disliked: This time they put a hold on my card which is not uncommon but thay this point it's going on a month and they have not released it. I have emailed and called and left messages with accounting per the front desk suggestion with no response. There is absolutely no reason for this. If you value your money and don't want to be charged an extra $100 I'd think twice about staying here.

Never Again!

Liked: Beds were comfortable. That is about the only good thing!
Disliked: 1st room # 230 bath ceiling falling down. Bedding on 1 bed was dirty, no fridge, laundry laying on hallway floor, and the ice machine was out of order and it was half way around the property and I am disabled so that was very challenging! Our next room # 237 was better, but when we tried to get a cart to move all of our luggage there weren't any!!! We had to get 1 very large suite case, 1 large suit case, 1 medium suit case, a night bag, and a medium cooler down to the 1st floor!!! I am disabled and my husband has had a heart attack. My husband kindly suggested we should have our room at a discount after the problems in the 1st room! Liked: It was located close to the baseball tournament
Disliked: The AC was horrible, barely cooled the room, making it hard to sleep.It had a weird smell in the hallways. They should lower prices until renovations are completed The breakfast was not appetizing

Liked: That there was a pool etc also liked that there was a elevator
Disliked: How the skink was clugged up and that there was no vending machines just diet pop to buy or cheap bottle water that was 2 for $5 that's crazy n how you couldn't open windows for fresh air no screens and the air vents soooo dirty and dusty it was crazy for what they charge a night $102.00 a night and the rodeway inn is cleaner and more up to date
