Radisson Hotel Bismarck

Liked: The room.
Disliked: No fridge.

We stay at the Radisson every time we are in Bismarck - we have reservations for October 6th.

Liked: Very clean carpets and units - GREAT beds!
Disliked: A fridge/microwave in the units would have made for a more convenient stay.

Liked: Nice location. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was helpful anytime I had a question. Nice to have a restaurant on site. Will definitely stay here if I have to visit Bismark again.
Disliked: The parking garage is tight. My vehicle is a larger SUV, and it was a tight squeeze, but it was doable.

Liked: Clean and modern and comfortable
Disliked: Loud hallways. Could hear others enter and leave their rooms. Kids running in halls. Dog next room to ours.

Great location to explore Bismarck...

Liked: I very much appreciated the free airport shuttle service. It was also a huge bonus to be able to use the hotel shuttle to get dropped off at places around the city as well.
Disliked: I felt that the shower head was too low and I had to squat down to properly wash my hair.

Lost Reservation

Liked: Well first they couldn’t find my reservation for a king room. They searched by my last name, first name, and reservation number. No results. After telling me they couldn’t do anything about getting me a king room they offered me double queen room but for only 1 night out of the 2 nights I needed. I would have to pack and check out in the morning and move to a different room in the afternoon. WTF. I wasn’t happy. They did let me know that had a king room available. But it was dirty. At 6:00 in the evening the housekeeping staff was off. Why in the world weren’t all the rooms cleaned? At this point I had been at the front desk for a good 10 mins. I was in the process of searching on my phone for a different Hotel for my stay. Front desk lady asked if I made a new reservation. I let her know I was looking for a new place to stay. Well…..Lo and behold they found my reservation. But only after they charged me for the double queen room. So I am waiting for that charge to fall off my statement. I get into the room and it is 73 degrees inside. And it was about 70 degrees outside. Not sure why the heat was on so high. Turn off the heat and turned on the AC and the AC unit was so loud when it kicked on. That noise did dissipate but took a few mins. Only reason I picked this place it was close to the event center I had an event at for the weekend. Will never stay here again.
