Liked: Room was nice.
Disliked: Bathroom vent was very dirty; we drove our truck and they didn't tell us they could only park cars in their space - we had to park at another garage and pay an extra fee of $25.00 when I was told parking was free for guests.

Valet parking started off the great experience. Room was clean with all the required amenities. Check-in and out was fast and effortless. Valet parking brought our car to us quickly. Hotel was very close to the venue we attended so no issues getting to our concert.
Liked: Service was outstanding.

This was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed at. I couldn't believe how small it was. I paid alot for this hotel so I expected better. The Sheraton in Downtown Toronto is high end so I figured we were getting something similar. But boy was I wrong. Had I known I would have just stayed at some cheap motel down the road. On top of everything, America has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am so glad to be back to my beautiful hometown, Toronto, Canada - there is nothing else like it where people aren't missable. Oh well, you live and learn.
Disliked: Smallest room ever.

The staff were very friendly. We were on the 11th floor which my grandson thought was great. Our stay was very quiet and relaxing.

Liked: Staff was friendly, location was great. Room was comfortable, although it was hot at first until we opened the window.
Disliked: I thought in general the hotel was okay. The ice machine did not work and the floor I stayed on reeked of marijuana. The staff was friendly, but I won't be staying again if it means having to smell marijuana during the entire stay.

Liked: Not much, only good thing was night manager have us $75 room credit when room wasn't cleaned and serviced.
Disliked: Didn't clean room, had to go to front desk when I returned in the evening. Could only get clean towels. Room was a tiny shoebox. Had reserved a king bed, got a queen that seemed like a full? Guest can't control thermostats, was extremely warm and uncomfortable.

Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: No face clothes in bathroom. Took 1.5 hrs to get them. We were already in bed since it was 10 pm when housekeeping showed up. They banged on the door even though the Do Not Disturb sign was out!

Liked: Front desk was friendly and efficient.
Disliked: We stayed a Saturday night and arrived a 5pm, the valet was full so we had to walk around the corner to park and then we were charged 42.00 for the overnight parking........are you kidding? We stopped in the restaurant for a quick bite before we went to a concert. We knew we were in for a very interesting visit when the hostess would not give us a four top table in the corner "in case 4 people came in" We were a party of 2. Just one minute later a party of 2 was sat there. That was only the start of the worst dining experience we've ever had. I ordered an appetizer and mixed drink my husband ordered a beer and a burger. 25 minutes later we still had not received our drinks but the server came and asked me if a wanted a shot? I said "I order a vodka and 7up that's a mixed drink". Still no drinks. My husband went up to the bars and got our drinks. The bartender came over and asked if we needed anything else she was awesome thanks "Bri" The server bought the food and told us the bartender was too busy to make our drinks that's why she didn't get them. The busperson was awesome also he bought us our silverware and napkins because we didn't have any. We never saw the server again, until we asked the manager for our bill. The food was good and we spoke to the chef. He said that they were really short-handed and that was contributing to the drama. If you want to eat at the restaurant sit at the bar. Don't go for a quick bite, over 60 minutes total for a burger and appetizer. Really poor service.
