Managers do not care at...

Disliked: Both managers cannot be bothered to resolve billing issues when they are at fault. They create issues and cannot resolve it. They refuse to reply to my emails. Impossible to get hold of them on phone.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: Clean and conveniently located close proximity to the airport. Appreciate the 30 min shuttle for 24 hours.Bed was so comfortable

The hotel room wss clean,...

Liked: everything The strip clubs was 10 minutes away.
Disliked: Parking spots was full at night but it was busy due to Beyoncé concert.

Passable

Liked: The location was perfect and the bed was comfortable. The rooms were very clean and large.
Disliked: The floor and bedding was moist/sticky feeling because of the humidity. The rooms could use a dehumidifier in the summer. The AC wasn't working properly so we couldn't cool the room enough to combat this issue.
