Excellent Customer Service

Liked: I liked the location and they have police patrolling the property to prevent break ins and to keep everyone safe
Disliked: Everything was great at this hotel and my check in agent was absolutely amazing

Liked: The property was nice and clean. The room was pretty decently clean. Staff is certainly nice there though.
Disliked: They don’t offer free breakfast or free parking. It’s not like your parking on a off lot so why would you charge me. They also put $100 hold on your credit card for what most places do like 50 or less.

Nice airport hotel but check-in...

Liked: Excellent spacious rooms and very convenient for the airport.
Disliked: Terrible check-in that took over an hour

Not worth the price but...

Liked: Have to pay for parking. Have to pay for breakfast. No complimentary coffee or water. Bar prices varied depending on who was serving. Charged for ice at the bar which I thought was really strange. If you are staying multiple nights they will not clean the room unless you request. Had to wait hours for another set of towels and asked multiple times for them. Front desk staff was not very friendly. Shower curtain fell while showering because it wasnt supported or aggached properly.
