Liked: The room was fine: comfortable beds, roomy.
Disliked: The door to the room wasn't level to the door frame and looked as if was opened although it was not.

Liked: Location friendly staff
Disliked: Called before we booked to see if the pool was open.. we were told it was but they closed it when we got there... the windows didn?t open...the phone didn?t work and our room wasn?t the cleanest

Decent place could have been...
Liked: The check in lady at the desk was very friendly.
Disliked: Found hairs in the bed .Sheets were not changed from previous people.I didn't say anything to the desk,we checked in late and didn't want to deal with it.

Great staff, but room itself...
Liked: The staff was super friendly and helpful. Checkin and checkout were easy. The location is in a good spot, close to a lot of stuff to do in Toledo.
Disliked: Our room had a lot of issues with electrical covers missing or broken. My box spring was sunk in the frame and had to be lifted out when we first arrived. The window screen was broken. The soap rack was dented down and the shower faucet was leaky and hard to pull the shower button up/down.

Liked: Beds comfortable
Disliked: EVERYTHING IS CLOSED TILL AT LEAST JUNE,NO POOL,BAR, ANYTHING. If a property is so concerned with covid, they would be focused on cleaning. Front desk was fine, room was as expected, housekeeping not available, covid.

I payed hotel prices for...
Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: The room looked like it haven't updated since the 70s and the maintenance was shotty at best. Lights and outlets were going out and the room smelled like smoke. Panels were partially ripped out of the elevator and carpet was held down by duct tape. There was damage on all of the walls, a mess around the trash can, and stains on the bed. We payed for two queen beds but got two full beds. The bathroom was the size of a closet with a shower with backwards controls. Absolutely disappointing at every turn.

Nasty attitudes and demeanor from...
Liked: Turned off
Disliked: The intentional rude and nasty behaviors from Mang & staff towards guest no matter if you are a platinum rewards member with many stays to walk in- guest.The staff shows no smile no appreciation & I don?t believe they even say Thank You after checking in. This hotel is very inconsistent -depending on who?s at the desk the rules change -from a late check out to no late check out to simply having a room -Extended by the front desk -I was forced several times to reserve through 3rd party -(with no reward points given )-if I wanted to stay overeven though I?m a Raddison rewards member -..This place needs to be acquired through acquisition and get rid of the Bad Management-& her Comrades that breeds bad service and guarantees bad experiences throughout ones travel/work.
