Relaxing very clean and great...

Liked: The Riverview room was excellent and very nice and quiet. The front desk checking in was very nice and they were very helpful with any questions you had that they could answer. Lots of choices to go eat all within walking distance of the hotel.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer.

Disliked: Room was not ready at check-in time. The button for jetted tub did not work. The bed was supposed to be king-sized.

Brilliant location, recommended

Liked: View from the room was breath taking. The hotel was well located for sights and restaurants. For a visit to Niagra Falls this hotel is ideal.
Disliked: The only that we found difficult was parking. We had to park off site and instructions weren't very clear. However, we did arrive late at night after a stressful day of travelling!

Worse hotel ever, and they...

Liked: Worse hotel fallsview Niagara very dirty and spring old bed, they include breakfast but no breakfast at all, so much additional charges
Disliked: No breakfast but they include to the booking

- Worth Consideration -

Liked: Good location : walking distance to some restaurants , casinos , the falls and some attractions . A long walk to downtown and other attractions . "WEGO" bus service a big help .Quiet , clean , and friendly reception : we stayed midweek after Easter long weekend when not busy .Room : a little dated , but good condition with a comfortable bed .Parking : was a non-issue as we took the GO train to Niagara from Toronto . Not an unreasonably longer time , no traffic or expensive parking hassles , and less expensive for 2 people overall .
Disliked: No problems or worthy complaints .
