Very good

Beautiful view of the Falls

Liked: From our room, the view of the Falls was amazing. It completely fulfilled our expectations. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Very well located. Friendly staff.
Disliked: I would have liked a lower fare for parking.

Not good but not bad...

Liked: It is close to Niagara but our room was on the second floor and you can barely see the falls which this hotel boast of having.
Disliked: Parking facilities is not convenient for travelers, they have a close one and a far one both of which they charge for parking which is not mentioned in the site ended up paying more than what I expected.

Stay

Liked: Close proximity to the falls
Disliked: It wasn't a complete view of the falls, we were on the 4th floor. Also, we had problems with our A/C. First person that came in said it was fine. Had to call again abd the unit was frozen..the first person didnt even check. Also the couch was ripped and dirty

Exceptional

Liked: Location cleanliness
Disliked: Parking was overpriced and you couldn't find a spot to park also Parking wasn't included

Nolan’s stay

Liked: Clean great view great staff
Disliked: The windows could use a clean on the inside other than that it was wonderful just so you can see the falls better but it was great stay

Good

Liked: The pool. Walking distance from the falls
Disliked: The view was extremely small. Blocked by a building. My room according to advertising was full view. Kind of disappointing. Parking in a private lot was $$$ It should have a discounted rate for the amount they already charge for rooms. End up paying extra 130$ just for parking.

Overpriced.

Liked: The beds were comfy and we had a good view of the falls.
Disliked: I thought this was the Fallsview Casino Hotel. Boy, was I surprised and disappointed. The new name of this hotel is far too similar to the Fallsview Casino Hotel.
