Liked: location was close to ISU campus
Disliked: Cleanliness. There were ants in the room and bugs in the bathroom.

Liked: Bugs in room had to switch they then switched us to a room with no couch, no lamp shades, no tv. From a suite to a literal dump room

Liked: The staff was very friendly, room size was wonderful.
Disliked: The TV programming was VERY limited. There was water dripping from the ceiling in the entryway. The water pressure for the shower was terrible. There was more water coming out of the faucet part than the showerhead.

False advertising on breakfast and...

Liked: Proximity to the university
Disliked: Loosen broken bathroom tile floor. Creaky plastic bathtub. Missing lightbulbs. Stains on sheets. TV remote didn’t work. Old uncomfortable mattresses. Advertised as including breakfast, but that was a few bagels and some cups of yogurt. There is a major flood, water pouring from the ceiling in the main lobby.

Disliked: Lobby was flooding from the 3rd floor, key card didn't work, breakfast was nonexistent.
