Liked: The pool but barely
Disliked: Everything. Strange smell, beds felt and looked like blow up mattress’s, key cards didn’t work had to get a new one like 3 times and front desk left my door wide open for anyone to enter. I didn’t even have my family sleep there I went home after our swim and returned in the morning for check out

Disliked: I didn't like the faxed it was 150 dollars deposit and the room was all missed up broking stuff and the smell and the floor was nasty

Liked: It was very dirty. The toilet seat was broken and kept sliding off. There were black hairs on the floor in the bathroom. I called the front desk. Nothing was done. I really want my money back.

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: When I got to the Raddison to check in the room wasn’t ready they asked me to come back and they would call when it was ready but they didn’t. I had to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes to check in. The bed was hard and I like a firm bed but this was hard. I tossed and turned all night and none of us slept well because of how hard the bed was. The shower had mold around the edges. For the price we had to pay I expected it to be much better and cleaner. There was only one elevator working also.

Liked: No! Breakfast they don’t serve breakfast!! Location was good
Disliked: When I booked the room it said including breakfast but when I got there, breakfast was not included. The sofa bed was nasty dirty and tore up it had what looked like a bed bug on the sofa bed mattress. On the second night the air conditioning was off it just went out I called front desk they asked if I wanted another room it was too late in the night for that!!! The exercising room only one of the machines worked and it looked like blood was on the machine!! Now I’m still waiting on my 150.$ deposit The bar had no mix for the drinks

Disliked: Toilet wouldn’t flush, exposed wires, it was very hot when I first walked in room, air conditioning was very noisy until this morning, light fixture wouldn’t turn on, on right side of bed. Zip ties on curtains to balcony. Microwave smelled of food and was dirty. The room was not cleaned throughly.
