Liked: No! Breakfast they don’t serve breakfast!! Location was good
Disliked: When I booked the room it said including breakfast but when I got there, breakfast was not included. The sofa bed was nasty dirty and tore up it had what looked like a bed bug on the sofa bed mattress. On the second night the air conditioning was off it just went out I called front desk they asked if I wanted another room it was too late in the night for that!!! The exercising room only one of the machines worked and it looked like blood was on the machine!! Now I’m still waiting on my 150.$ deposit The bar had no mix for the drinks

Disliked: Toilet wouldn’t flush, exposed wires, it was very hot when I first walked in room, air conditioning was very noisy until this morning, light fixture wouldn’t turn on, on right side of bed. Zip ties on curtains to balcony. Microwave smelled of food and was dirty. The room was not cleaned throughly.

Disliked: The whole experience was nothing more than a facade. The staged pictures were nothing like the real stay. From the no breakfast as advertised to the broken down gym, which was never usable. The elevator was broken, and the cleanliness of the carpet was almost unbearable. I felt disgusted having to stay there, in all honesty. I feel like I was tricked into making a reservation online into what I thought was a Radisson hotel. One that upholds higher quality. This location should not be able to use the Radisson name and logo. My room was never serviced in over 7 nights. No towels we brought or anything. The room itself was outdated from the 90s. The carpet had enormous stains and huge wrinkles in it. The tub and bathroom were disgusting as well, with mold in almost every crack in the shower. I will never stay there again. I also will be advising people not either. The price was not even comparable to the rest of the hotels within walking distance. Almost double the cost. Totally unacceptable. DO BETTER.

Horrible experience, definitely feel ripped...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Truly a horrible stay. The whole room, including the carpet and the bed, were damp. Hot water barely worked, tv did not work, air conditioning did not work. Had I not been in an unfamiliar city alone, I would’ve found somewhere else to stay. I will tell everyone to stay very far away from this hotel.
