Perfect location

Liked: Great location. Very comfortable and clean room. Access to swimming pool/ gym.
Disliked: The staff. Housekeeping and reception very polite to compare to other department, especially SPA. It was very noticeable that certain guests were being favoured by the staff, which I find very unprofessional.

Disliked: There were some broken things in the room. Even though we traveled with 1 kid there were only 1 bedsheet and 1 bed. Parking limited to 2 meters high so we couldnt drive there roof cargo box.

Liked: Cozzy and nice room, bright and clean. Nice bathroom. Easy to access to any place in town. Delicious breakfast and polite staff. Absolutely easy to recommend this place to stay.
Disliked: Check-in was made incorrectly from the first time. In 5 hours after check-in we were unable to get into the room. From the second try to ckeck-in on reception - problem was solved.

I would like to forget...

Liked: Location
Disliked: We arrived for a special option for us, and the first I found in the room was black hair of housekeeping (I hope not the previous guests). I informed about it the hostess guy at the reception and we went to move the car. When we came back the guy just moved our luggage (without any permission) to dif room…. Which was crazy. As it was night time and even didn’t excuse. The most horrible staying in the chain ever.
