Liked: Our stay at the hotel was absolutely outstanding! The hotel is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and its location is perfect just a short walk to the Duomo. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and always ready to help. I would like to give special thanks to Shiama, Marco, and Yasmeen for their outstanding service.A special mention to Shiama for her warm welcome, kindness, and exceptional hospitality, she truly made us feel at home. We are also very grateful for upgrading our room from a standard one to a beautiful suite, which made our stay even more special and comfortable.I would also like to sincerely thank Marco for going above and beyond to assist us, he gave us an excellent recommendations on delicious restaurants.I would also like to extend my appreciation to the security team for always being professional, polite, beautiful smile, and making us feel safe throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to the housekeeping team for keeping our suite spotless and ensuring everything was always perfect and comfortable.Overall, a wonderful experience, perfect location, spotless rooms, and an amazing team.
