Disliked: Our suite’s bathroom was dirty when we arrived — there was hair on the floor and in the sink. Also, there was something written in pen on the bathtub.There were also very few staff working at the restaurant, and it felt a bit chaotic. The breakfast wasn’t good either — it doesn’t feel like a five-star hotel.

Liked: Staff were extremely polite, friendly and helpful.The décor was chic and comfortable throughout the hotel.The superior room was elegantly styled and extremely comfortable.The cleanliness was exceptionally high.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, although limited selection relative to the price per night charged, during Holy WeekThe roof top bar/pool/lounger area looked a rather uncared and not presented well, in terms of set-up making it less than welcoming e.g. covers on chairs, bar closed, plants dead or dying - requiring attention, relative to a 4-Star hotel.
