Liked: Room was great! Lovely view of the river and Beriln cathedral. Also the location of the hotel was great for reaching everything. Very central!

Great Hotel in the center

Liked: In the heart of the museum islands of Berlin this Hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are good and swingpool is very nice.
Disliked: In the hotel lounge staff is not very on to it. Quite slow

Liked: Hotel overall was excellent. Rooms big and spacious. Clean and the bar and lounge area was ambient and relaxing. Dinning area excellent and breakfast superb. Staff were friendly and Lisa and Nancy went over and above for service.
Disliked: House keeping communication was disappointed as room was not ready on time. But the reception team resolved this disappointment.
