A clean and convenient hotel...

Liked: The place is very convenient rooms are clean and spacious, Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Only thing is the air System: it won't allow you to turn off the fan and you have a very little control on the temperature which is centrally set.
Disliked: Breakfast, the location , the room clean and spacious, The staff super nice and always available and the convenience to access the train station, the Arlanda express and boat tours.

Comfortable, nicely appointed hotel in...

Liked: Very nice hotel. Room was very comfortable and had nice touches like large bath towels and a magnifying makeup mirror. We had an issue with the card insert (to activate the light switches in the room)—the person I spoke to on the phone came to our room immediately to solve the problem— this was indicative of great service overall. Desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The room is clean, spacious and very well organised.

Comfortable room next to the...

Liked: A really comfortable room, good sized, and really close to the central station and main shopping district. Front desk staff were very pleasant.
Disliked: On our arrival, about 30 minutes before the designated check in time I was told I could either pay to check in early or sign up to the Radisson Blu rewards scheme and do it for free. Most other places I've been would either say the room is ready or not and if it's ready let us check in without any provisos. That just slightly annoyed me at the start. There was a slight issue with the shower draining which meant the bathroom became very wet. We were only staying one night and mentioned it on check out.

Great location, Great view.

Liked: Wonderful location. From Arlanda Express, you come out of Central Station and the Hotel is there! Great location provided you know how to find the exit. Breakfast was wonderful. Gym was pretty good in terms of free weights. Pay for the view - it is well worth having the superior rooms with the great views.
Disliked: We ordered a packed breakfast as we were leaving early. They gave us two nicely packed food but with no utensils. As such, we couldnt eat most of the yoghurt and fruits without utensils and in the end had to throw them away when we reached the airport. What a shame not to include simple utentils.

Liked: Excellent location near the station. Friendly and helpful staff.Breakfast had a good choice of items.
Disliked: Shower doors banged against toilet and sink unit!
