Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. We were pleased. The only thing I will recommend is to have a better signs for the hotel. We circled 3 times in the area and had to call the hotel for directions to actually find the entrance. The sign is not visible from all directions. Please correct that issue.

Liked: Clean and comfy.
Disliked: TV remote wasn't working when we got there.

This hotel is close to CN Tower and Billy Bishop Airport. Staff is friendly, room is clean, bed is very comfortable and bathroom is stylish. Buffet was excellent. Dinner was very good also.

Excellent location

Liked: We had an great stay at the Radisson Blu. The location is superb—close to everything we needed—and the hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped. The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional throughout our stay.There is a coffee shop in the hotel, which is convenient, but we also discovered Ivy, just about 500 yards away. The coffee there was absolutely top-notch, and the staff were just as warm and welcoming. A great little find!Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Staff were lovely and very accommodating.Location was perfect. Beds are huge & super comfortable. The pool area and bar were a highlight.
Disliked: The TV options were not great.

Liked: The view was lovely. The service was terrible. It took more than an hour to get our meal after ordering it. My last sip of coffee was filled with coffee grounds, a mouthful that took me by shock. And it wasn’t deducted from my bill. I paid for that awful cup of coffee.
