The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. The bed was comfortable. We were pleased. The only thing I will recommend is to have a better signs for the hotel. We circled 3 times in the area and had to call the hotel for directions to actually find the entrance. The sign is not visible from all directions. Please correct that issue.

This hotel is close to CN Tower and Billy Bishop Airport. Staff is friendly, room is clean, bed is very comfortable and bathroom is stylish. Buffet was excellent. Dinner was very good also.

Liked: It’s modern and clean, slept well, the beds are comfy.
Disliked: The entrance into the hotel is difficult. Our coffee maker quit this morning and there wasn’t time to get a new one up in the room. We had to leave for the hospital. The food in Shoeless Joes wasn’t as good as our last stay in November. The server was great though.

Disliked: For a modern urban hotel, the RB is surprisingly under equipped. There were no ports to charge your watch, phone, or e-reader. There was no place to hang hand, face, or bath towels in the bathroom other than a 13 inch handle on the shower door where the bathmat was already hanging — certainly not enough space for the towels used by two adult guests. There was no hairdryer — seriously no hairdryer? The nightstand had no drawers; there were few drawers to be found anywhere. It was like being at camp.

Poor

Disliked: Front desk was rude and judgemental. Value for money was bad, room had a mediocre view and basic amenities like a toothbrush or a microwave weren’t available. No security either, homeless man was having an episode in the lobby for 20 minutes until he left on his own. Wouldn’t come back.
