Just love this hotel!

Liked: Fantastic location, comfort, and very helpful and pleasant staff. Family room with the lounge was really fantastic for a couple!
Disliked: This is our 2nd visit in 3 yrs. Some furniture could do with fixing or replacment. Flowers and plants in the lobby looked tiered.

Disliked: The hotel looks nothing like the photos! It’s in urgent need of a full refurbishment. Everything feels outdated, poorly lit, and so worn out that it’s hard to tell whether it’s clean or just heavily used — for example, the carpet in the room. The curtains were so filthy they looked grey instead of white, and they didn’t even close properly. The windows are still wooden, which means you hear a lot of noise from the street. The decor is extremely old-fashioned, and the bathroom feels like something out of the 1970s.
