Suited my needs perfectly

Liked: Lovely architecture and rooms, well decorated and clean

Superb

Good but not a 5...

Liked: The location is wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfy.
Disliked: I found toenail clippings on the carpet in my room. The bath is far too shallow, when filled to the top the water still doesn’t cover you. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. The furnishings are old and the decor has seen better days. This should be rated as a 4 star hotel.

Liked: breakfast top notch, gym was a nice addition hotel grounds and common areas very nice a fell of old world off the place
Disliked: very litte to be honest maybe a pool or a sauna steam room would have been nice

Superb

Liked: Stunning grounds, beautiful facilities, comfortable beds and well appointed rooms.
Disliked: Lack of clarity around how to access the building without stairs.

Liked: Fabulous hotel worth every penny, 2nd time staying in this oasis in Dublin. The facilities the gardens, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff there’s nothing to not like
Disliked: Absolutely nothing, couldn’t fault the place

I was disappointed

Liked: The staff were very nice and tried to accomodate my requests. There was no charge for parking. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and good.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn't work. The view was partial and impacted by special events on the lawn. They didn't replenish the bottled water and only partially replenished the coffee bar. It advertised air conditioning and didnt have it.
