Stylish hotel

Liked: Our rooms were upgraded free of charge. We liked the rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful personnel at the reception. A special big thank to Bognia, she is super friendly and professional. There was a coffee machine in the room and water dispenser in the corridor. Tasty lemonade at the reception.The bus stop to the city center is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Delicious smoothie for breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing that spoiled a bit the impression was linked to a cleaning lady. The cleaning lady did not wipe the dust during cleaning. One day she even left the bed unmade and glasses unwashed. The shower gel bottle was practically empty on the day of arrival and she never refilled it. One day she did not refil the stock of tea, and coffee capsules she put were only decaffeinated despite the fact, as I was told at the reception, the hotel has a nice selection of different types of coffee. After addressing the reception, they fixed the issue very fast.

It was good but nothing...

Liked: Good breakfast, location was okay but not great. Gym was under restoration
Disliked: Room was quite small. They provided water machine on every floor which was a great idea and eco-friendly. But it was often empty
