Great, would go again to...

Liked: Beds and mattresses were amazing, you could rest after a long day out. We had the family room and it was fantastic.Breakfast amazing, it had everything one could ask for.Most of the staff amazing, especially Sadie at the bistro breakfast service.Wonderful location, tram 2 minutes away.Fantastic bidet in the bathroom. Loved that the toilette and the bidet were seperate from the bathroom.
Disliked: Some of the staff were grumpy at times, unacceptable for such a prestigious hotel.

Superb

Liked: The location of the hotel is great. Especially if you arrive late nights with the ferry. The breakfast buffet is really good. Lots of options!

Perfect weekend break hotel with...

Liked: Huge family room, comfortable extra large beds, separate bathroom and toilet. The hotel was quite busy during our stay but we never heard a sound from outside of our room even though we were close to lifts. Extensive breakfast options and friendly staff.Fresh and clean decor, felt like a much fancier hotel than what we paid for. 5 min taxi / 10 min tram to Tallink ferry terminal, 20 min walk into city.Great experience, would definitely stay again when next in Helsinki.
Disliked: No separate shower in the room, so there’s a large step up into the rolltop bath in order to take a shower. Bit annoying but not the end of the world, just something to be aware of if travelling with mobility issues perhaps ask for a room with separate shower.

Excellent place to sleep while...

Liked: Staff was great, breakfast was very yummy and beds were cozy and it was great to have two big beds to stay with our two kids
Disliked: We booked this hotel because they also had a play room for kids, in case it rained. It did rain but the playroom is only open in the summer :/ so that was frustrating as we probably would have booked someplace else. But overall great hotel for kids.

Liked: Fantastic breakfast buffet, one of the reasons we picked this place. Didn’t disappoint.

Excellent experience in the heart...

Liked: Great location, accessible to multiple tram lines. Breakfast was great, superb selection. There were snacks and activities for kids.
Disliked: The place is huge with limited elevators, so it was a long walk for us to the end of the other side of the building. The holiday days had late bfast timing.
