Great location and clean rooms....

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: There was no air conditioners in the rooms. It meant the nights were uncomfortable

Liked: Location was good, view of the room lovely. Ladies working in the bar were very friendly
Disliked: The ac in the room is toooooo hot, the customer service never answers the phone, no baggage service to your room, 2 times I come back to my room and find the door open ( housekeeping didnt shut the door well)

Great stay, lovely hotel and...

Liked: Very clean. Great breakfast, lots of options but I think it could be better organised as a bit chaotic at the busier times. Also coffee machines were often running out but staff not checking regularly.
