A comfortable and well-located stay...

Liked: The property was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were kind, responsive, and always helpful. I really appreciated the smooth self check-in process. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed. Any request I made was quickly fulfilled, and their service overall was excellent.
Disliked: There was no airport transportation provided by the hotel, which would have been a valuable addition for a 5-star property. Also, guests had to handle their own luggage even when it was heavy — although one staff member kindly offered help. The bathroom in the room was a bit narrow as well.

Price service balance was good....

Liked: We choose higher floor room with extra cost. It is definitely worth it to have such a view. Hotel and room was well designed and rotating chair in the room was so cosy. Hotel is so high-rise building but evelators are enough and so fast.
Disliked: Location seems very central but it is not lively and charming for me. I cannot totally complain for cleanliness however in very details room was dusty. Even there was daily cleaning, I think they never sweep up to room. If you are not spoffish person, you are not annoyed.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel, great facilities and...

Liked: Very clean and modern, good location close to Metro, and within walking distance of central Copenhagen
Disliked: Air con didn’t seem to be working in the room - it got very warm at night!

Liked: Modern hotel
Disliked: Chrome cast to TV function didn’t work.Drinking glasses were not replaced on one occasion.

Good

Liked: Location is good. Not right in the city but close enough that it's fine. It's also by a massive park and a metro station.
Disliked: The air con was broken so every night was a sweatfest. Really really bad.

Great value for money!

Liked: Great size of the room, we got a free upgrade, thank you. A room was very clean, daily housekeeping service, overall customer service was great. Wide variety of choices for breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing I would mention here is that the hot food at breakfast was not even warm. Cold scramble and fired eggs, sausages, bacon are not nice when not hot. They were tasty, just cold.

Expensive and underwhelming

Great location and option to...

Liked: Really nice hotel. Great breakfast and gym. Rooms where also nice and comfortable.
Disliked: To have some additional amenities would have been great. Like a pool or a game room with pool table for example.
