Liked: Great staff on reception and the service in the bar and coffee area were great.Big rooms, and the hotel was well situated for our trip
Disliked: It would have been nice to use the spa pool area but it was excessively expense and not as friendly as the hotel

Nice hotel but a few...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great location.Staff were lovely and we used the breakfast lounge and bar which ere both great.
Disliked: We reported Sat morning that our shower wasnt working. They said theyd fixed it but we had the exact same problem the next morning. They apologised but no discount was offered for the inconvenience.Also the TV had constant shimmering every few seconds

Liked: This is a great hotel but David the bellman made it exceptionally fun for our kids. What a wonderful man he is. You’re lucky to have him.

Liked: The breakfast is amazing. They cater for all, whether GF, DF, or else. I was really impressed. The staff is incredibly kind as well, they probably were the highlight.
Disliked: The beds aren’t really comfortable and the bathrooms could do with a more thorough clean. Unfortunately aircon wasn’t working well when we were there, though staff helped us is finding some fans.
